Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

At The Trend Mart, all sales are final unless:

  • The order is canceled prior to processing and shipping. A full refund will be made to your payment method.
  • The order was not delivered. If the order was not received, the local post office must issue an official non-delivery certification to qualify for a refund.
  • Items received are severely damaged. A replacement or partial refund will be made if slightly damaged goods are received.
  • An incorrect item or order was received. For incorrect products, a replacement will be sent.
  • For products with the wrong color or size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offer a replacement/refund.

Refunds and replacements will not be sent if:

  1. The customer is not satisfied with the product(s).
  2. The product(s) smells unusual.
  3. The wrong item(s)s or SKU was ordered.
  4. The shipping address was incorrect.
  5. The tracking information is removed by the logistics company or local post office.

To request a replacement, kindly email info@thetrendmart.com within 5 days after delivery to request a replacement or refund. Please include high-quality photos or videos of the defective item in your email. If an inquiry is not responded to within another 5 days, the dispute will automatically be closed, and a replacement/ refund will not be sent.
