When will I get a reply to my email?
Our goal is to respond to emails within an hour during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm EST). Otherwise, we will aim to respond to all inquiries within 12-24 hours.

When will my order ship?
Our processing time is 1-3 business days, but most of our orders are delivered between 7-15 business days. An email with the tracking information will be sent once your order is in transit.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Domestic US postal shipping is always FREE. International shipping, taxes, and customs fees may vary and are the responsibility of the customer.

The tracking information shows "Alert", what does this mean?
Please contact your post office for further pickup/ delivery instructions. The reason for this alert may be due to:

  1. Incorrect/insufficient address
  2. Invalid number
  3. Unknown recipient
  4. Refused
  5. Not picked up in time
  6. No safe delivery location
  7. Uncleared customs
